“ I visited friends over the Christmas holidays and they took me here for breakfast one morning. I am so glad they did! I opted for the Waffle Waffler, for which you can choose two different waffles from their mouth watering menu. I went with the Banana Walnut Crunch and the Le Waffle Lyonnaise. When this plate full of yummy was set in front of me, I was sure Id be taking most of it home. I almost licked my plate clean. The ham, egg yolk, arugula and hollandaise of the Lyonnaise were a good combination and tasted of breakfast. The Banana Walnut Crunch was definitely dessert. But I went back and forth between the two, never deciding on a favorite. My dining companions thoroughly enjoyed both the Breakfast Bowl and Hen House Breakfast. Its no wonder this place is always busy! ”

“ Id had Babica Hen on my musttry list for a couple of years, and every time I drove by, the line out front basically screamed, Yeah, were that good. So when I recently found myself nearby, I decided to make a mad dash inside and take my chancesbar seating, here I come. And wouldnt you know it, I scored a seat. I ended up next to a group of friendly gentlemen who not only had great taste in food but were more than happy to share bites like we were old friends at a family reunion. It was hilariousand honestly, kind of awesome. The menu? Big and tempting. The vibe? Charming and cozy. The service? Pretty goodattentive without hovering. But lets talk food. One of the guys next to me had just gotten this pork schnitzel with gravy. Im not usually a gravy girl, but one taste and I was sold. I ordered it immediately and have zero regrets. Rich, flavorful, perfectly crispybasically the kind of comfort food youd want to write home about. Oh, and the spicy Bloody Mary? Absolute fireliterally and figuratively. It was one of the best Ive had bold, wellbalanced, and spicy enough to clear my sinuses and my soul. Bottom line Babica Hen lives up to the hype. Great food, relaxed vibe, and a Bloody Mary that could double as cold medicine. Cant wait to go back. ”
